As a sawmill we have a massive selection of machines that are available, from the 43 inch sander to our ability to processing 24 inch by 24 inch timbers. Our list of Processing services* is outlined below.

    Custom Sawing

    Have a tree in your yard that needs to come down but you want to do more with it than turn it into firewood? We can take your tree and process it however you would like.

  • Resawing

    Resawing is the process of cutting a thick plank of wood along its width to create two or more thinner boards. It is typically performed on a bandsaw equipped with a wide, specialized blade and a tall fence to ensure straight, stable cuts.

  • Sanding

    Sanding is the process of smoothing, shaping, or cleaning a surface by rubbing it with an abrasive material, typically sandpaper, to prepare it for finishing or painting.

  • Planning

    Planing is the process of flattening, leveling, and smoothing a rough piece of wood while reducing its thickness using a hand plane or power planer.

  • Glue Ups

    A glue-up is the process of applying adhesive to the edges or faces of multiple pieces of wood and clamping them securely together to form a larger, unified panel or structure.

  • Joining

    Joining (or jointer planing) is the process of flattening and squaring the face or edge of a board using a jointer machine or hand plane to create a perfectly straight surface for seamless glue-ups.

  • Orbital Sanding

    Orbital sanding is a finishing technique that uses a sander with a rapidly rotating and oscillating pad to smoothly abrade wood in a random, circular pattern, effectively minimizing visible scratch marks across the grain.

  • Epoxy filling

    Epoxy filling is the process of pouring a liquid resin and hardener mixture into cracks, knots, or voids in wood to stabilize the piece, prevent further splitting, and create a smooth, durable surface.
